Anthony Jones & UWFMC Receive Nominations for NC Prestige Awards For Immediate Release Anthony Jones & The Uncompromising Word Fellowship Mass Choir have begun to make their mark in the gospel music ministry from their debut release. Both UWFMC and Anthony Jones have been honored with nominations for “Choir of the Year” and “Writer of the Year” for the 2006 Prestige Awards of the North Carolina Gospel Announcer's Guild (NCGAG) of the Gospel Music Workshop of America (GMWA). The NC Prestige Awards recognizes the talents
and accomplishments of announcers and artists in the Tri-state
area. Winners will be announced at the NC Prestige Awards Banquet
on April 19, 2006 as part of the 2006 NCGAG Convention held at
the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro NC. J Shammah Poised for National Stage with Agreement For Immediate Release Jehovah Shammah Media Group Inc., parent company of Jehovah Shammah Gospel ® has pinned a multi-year exclusive distribution agreement with Central South Distribution Inc. This agreement makes JSG one of a handful of national record labels in the Carolinas. “This agreement allows us to further our efforts in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to a broader audience”, states Anthony Jones, JSG president. “We are very excited and ready to walk through this open door. J Shammah will debut nationally with the release of Anthony Jones & The UWF Mass Choir in the fall of 2005 with other artists and projects to come in 2006. Anthony Jones Featured at International Conference J Shammah Gospel® artist Anthony was featured as a special guest artist at the annual Nation Changing Conference of Bermuda, hosted by The First Church of God Northshore where Bishop Vernon Lamb is pastor. In addition to performing Jones held workshops with the 300 voice NCC Mass Choir (comprised of members from all over the nation of Bermuda) and the FCOGNS Praise Team. Several thousand were in attendance as services were held at the National Soccer Stadium of Bermuda. Other guests of the conference included Dr. Myles Monroe, Bishop Eddie L. Long, Pastor Wanda Davis-Turner, Yolanda Adams, Elder William Murphy III, and Freada Battles. Anthony Jones & UWFMC Featured at Conference Hosted by McClurkin For Immediate Release J Shammah artists, Anthony Jones & UWFMC chosen and featured at the 3rd annual Back To Holiness Conference, hosted by Donnie McClurkin. Jones and choir were selected from multiple hundreds of submissions to minister in the annual New Artist Showcase. And of the field of performers Jones and UWFMC were only one of two choirs were selected. The judges, audience, and fellow participants were blessed from the ministry of Anthony Jones & UWFMC anointed performance of God’s Favor.
